Heavenly Body

The lightweight ash body is beautifully shaped for a comfortable playing experience, and thanks to the density of the wood it delivers solid, controllable mid to low-end tones. The deep double-cutaway profile makes it incredibly easy to access the neck in its entirety, perfect for performing some intricate fingerboard gymnastics. The body is completed in natural flat finish, allowing the cool finish of the ash to shine through in style.

Divine Neck

The SR4 jatoba and bubinga neck is incredibly strong, smooth and fast with an extended neck joint to make every fret readily accessible. Gliding along the neck at speed is easy to do, with an incredibly slender SR4 profile inspiring a comfortable and confident feel. The neck is paired with a rosewood fingerboard, which is home to 24 medium-frets that are adorned with abalone oval inlays to provide a stylish navigational aid, and complements the natural finish of the body in style.

Bartolini MK1 Pickups

The SR600 comes complete with two Bartolini MK1 pickups, one in the neck position, and one in the bridge. The MK1's are split coil pickups that produce a very wide frequency range and enhanced definition for maximum accuracy with no hum or noise. For total control, the SR600 comes complete with Ibanez's EQB-IIIS system giving you a two-way mid frequency selector switch, balancer and volume knob and treble, mid and bass control knobs.

Gig-Ready Hardware

Fitted to the body is the Accu-cast B300 bridge, which holds each string firmly to create a seamless connection between the strings and body. Ibanez tuning machines uphold tuning integrity with absolute precision, no matter how aggressively you attack the strings.
